its journey in 1992. Since then it has grown steadily into a well
reputable firm and has expanded its services to encompass the
diversified field of design and real estate.
Our small scale firm deals with every
client personally, guiding him through each and every step in a journey
leading to guaranteed satisfaction.

Consultants, has always been at the cutting edge of
technology. in 2004 we have been among the first firms to
deploy the first Parametric design tool released by
AUTODESK: named "ACAD Architectural desktop" and later "ACAD
Architecture" and currently we are in the process of
upgrading to AUTODESK REVIT Architecture an enhanced BIM
parametric tool that will further enhance productivity and
coordination.
THE PROCESS:
The client approaches our firm
with a will to invest in a real estate project
We assist him in the purchase of
a plot that fulfills his requirements
We perform in the process, legal
and feasibility studies
We initiate the design process
with the full involvement of the client
We prepare legal and permit
documents
We prepare execution drawings and construction documents
We initiate the construction
phase and we either supervise the works as consultants or we act as
project managers and commission different trades to sub-contractors
(Design/ Build)
We assist in promoting and
marketing the project or we submit the accomplished
project to the
satisfaction of our client
