The appraisal tasks completed through the years range from simple property appraisal (residential, commercial & plots) to complex appraisal tasks (unique or large plots, residential compounds, hotels, factories, schools, restaurants...) requiring feasibility studies to support the indicated value.

What is an appraisal:

  • An appraisal is an impartial opinion of the value of real estate prepared by an expert who knows all the factors which make up the current behavior of the real estate market.

  • It is an opinion based upon experience and repeated analysis of these factors.

  • It is an opinion of value which can be substantiated and justified.

  • It is an opinion of value made by a recognized professional appraiser.

  • It can also provide a basis for decision-making to the client who is responsible for committing funds or assets in the sale, financing, purchase, lease, exchange, renovation, development, demolition or division of real property.

  • Conditions and limitations

  • Interpretation of the data collected by the appraiser and how the information was used in arriving at an estimation of value.

  • Any assumptions that were made in preparing the appraisal that may affect the estimated market value.
